PRACTICES DESCRIPTION

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is for EVERYBODY!
The goal of yoga is meditation:
"Yogas chitta vritti nirodha"
Yoga Sutra

Therefore, the hatha yoga classes foster mental and physical wellbeing, syncronizing body movements and breathing. Pranayama and meditation are implemented in the class as the natural way of reaching the primary yoga's goal: stillness of mind.

Pranayama
Breathing is considered a passive activity but is essential to life and improving its awareness results as a very good way to manage stress, emotions and body consciousness.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the body’s deeper connective tissues. It involves holding passive floor-based postures for longer periods of time.
Face Yoga
Face yoga is a natural practice that combines facial exercises, stretches, and massage techniques to tone the muscles of the face, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.

Sound Healing
Our body is mostly water and sound healing vibrations enhance water movement through it, releasing tensions while leading to a deep relaxation status.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa links breath with movement in a continuous, flowing sequence of postures, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and focus.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that brings the body into deep relaxation while keeping the mind gently aware and able to explore inner awareness
